Return & Refund Policy
Our clients have 45 days to return their orders. Because our items are made-to-order, we provide returns under certain conditions, which are listed below. If there are any issues with your order, please notify us within 45 days of receiving it. Returns are only accepted if:

- The item is not the correct size.
- The item is not the correct color.
- The item has the incorrect design.
- The item is the incorrect style (for example, horizontal matte instead of vertical matte).
Return Shipping Fees: We recognize that it may be inconvenient to return things. Therefore, we provide free return shipping labels for items that arrive damaged or if we made a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong size, color, design), even though return shipping is normally the customer’s duty. Non-Returnable Items: Despite our best efforts to provide flexible returns, some things cannot be returned because of their nature. These consist of:

Procedure for Returns and Refunds: How to File a Return
- Within forty-five days of receiving the merchandise, submit a return request. After 45 days, requests won’t be considered.

- Returns are eligible for a refund of the original purchase price or an exchange for the original item. Usually, requests are responded to within a day.

Cancellation of Order

Present
You will receive a gift credit for the cost of your return if the goods were sent to you directly after being tagged as a gift when they were originally purchased. You will get a gift voucher by mail as soon as the returned item is received.
