Mosquito Jacket Mosquito Mesh See-Through Super Light Keeps Cool UV Protection

Bought it to go fishing in Nome, Alaska and was not disappointed. Well, I was disappointed in the number of mosquitos and no see-ums! This jacket saved my skin! Better than spraying deet all over yourself. Didn’t think I would like the hood, as it comes down so far…and the arms were longer than normal…..that is until I went to actually wear it. The longer sleeves cover your hands so well! You don’t have to worry about them getting eaten alive. And the bigger hoodie? Well, It goes down over your head and down a bit more….but when you wear a ball cap, it keeps the netting out of your eyes and keeps the netting off your neck so it isn’t annoying. It is a strange thing….but I honestly loved it! The mesh is so fine nothing get through it! YAY.

We have a lot of mosquitoes, deer flies, and wasps in the summer. When they get bad, I didn’t even want to go outside. This works great and it’s not really hot. I was able to work in the garden while my husband swatted flies. ??????

It is Very Lightweight & the Density of the Weave keeps the product from Snagging on; The Wild; Really Nice Product. They will continue to have my Business Always in the Future. I live SE-ASIA, & IT a *”MUST”* to HAVE THIS DENSITY. Here; a misquito bite is not a nuisance; “IT A MATTER OF LIFE or DEATH”. BROVO & Good Work / QC!! No Cutting Corners for 2 bits. I was a little **Confused;**; I read / understood it was a *”SET”*; Jacket & Pant,????????. The *Discription*; “NEEDS TO BE CLEAR” to what you are actually buying; I Suggest writing TOO; as someone that is a Six Pack IN!!!????. As current discription; “NOT GOOD BUSINESS”; My Personal Opinion. I will ORDER the PANTS after I complete this Review. SHIPPING TO anywhere Tropical IS EXPENSIVE. What a bargain. I used mine in Michigan’s UP last weekend. Without the jacket I was getting 6-10 mosquitoes at a time on the space of my forearm. Awful. . This jacket was amazing. I’ve used others but this is by far the best. It kept All the mosquitoes off. And best of all it has a large hood that can easily cover your entire face and head. It’s extremely light and packable, no odor, and inexpensive. What more could you want??

In the Spring time the gnats and mosquitoes are terrible at our forest property. The hardwoods are beautiful,but you have bug season. This bug jacket allows you to be outside comfortably . Jacket fits well and adjusts easily to size. One size fits most. May not fit over XXL. Lots of room for me, I am XL man.

It’s a nice generous size so fits everyone. It’s a dress on the younger ones ?? ??It definitely does what it is supposed to do! Ordered 2 more! Oh and it’s light weight and not cumbersome. Love love them!

A little larger than I expected but worked great while I was in Maine. Was at the lake for several days and didn’t get any bug bites!

I really like this jacket because for the first time I can work in my garden and not get eaten up by mosquitoes and no see’ums. It even protects your face and the material is very lightweight.

It is exactly as described. Light and breathable material keeps the mosquitoes from biting. I’m not dreading evening chores out in the yard anymore. You don’t have to use the hood, but it covers entire head if desired.

I’m over 30 years old and this summer (2021) was the worst I’ve ever experienced for bugs in the woods. The bugs legit do not care about your bug spray and the horse/deer flies will laugh at your attempts before banging into the back of your head 30 times over the next 10 mins. Enter the bug jacket. This thing is awesome. It gives you a mesh barrier to keep the bugs off of your skin and stops them from being able to bite! The only downside to it is that the sizing on it will not fit bigger people very well. I’m 6 foot and about 160 lbs and it fits me well, but it wouldn’t fit much bigger than me very well i dont feel. Also some bugs can still bite you depending on if the jacket makes a tight contact point, its best if it fits you loosely.

I purchased this jacket, as a protective cover against biting Midges, that have embarrsingly entered my place of residence and are impossible to kill, so I’ve been making various purchases of netting outfits and head coverings and wanted to purchase this single jacket, as I am now having the midge biting place at my small office. This jacket is quite attractive. It has a sheen of almost golden tones. It is a rich bronze color. There is also a hood. It zips up and even ties where the hood and top zipper meet. It has a nice front hand pocket. It is so reasonably priced and somewhat lightweight. It provided a warmth, so I believe this will be a great instant rain cover jacket and for day trips when the weather turns cooler and definitely to keep when biting insects want to bother you. I am an average sized, medium built woman, and this jacket has extra room for bulky clothes underneath, as well. It is so reasonably priced and I really enjoy wearing it.

It came a little baggier than I thought. Recently moved to a mosquito filled part of Florida. I would get 50 to 100+ bites when walking the dogs. After getting this top and matching pants, I would maybe get one or two a week that could bite through the suit and my shirt. Worth every penny. As far as durability, for walking around fine, I’m not so sure how well this would work if I was using tools or doing physical labor, but it’s net, so what do you expect.

Mosquitos and noseeums love me. I went on a nighttime kayaking tour in Florida and had no insects bites on the covered area of my body but had a few bites on the uncovered area. I wear a women’s large and ordered the size M/L. There was plenty of room. It was comfortable and lightweight and stayed dry during the entire tour. I could see clearly even with the hoody zipped all the way over my head. Good quality product. I’m am very glad I purchased it. It’s also super compact and easy to store in a small bag.

I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. While visiting friends in New Hampshire (June and July), I went outside for 10 minutes and got at least 12 black fly bites, and those bites hurt! Luckily I had the jacket and pants with me, so after that, I was able to protect myself each time I went outside to help garden. I wore a long sleeve shirt and a hat with a wide brim underneath the hooded jacket, then closed up the waist and the hood with the drawstrings. This jacket was awesome. While it was on, I didn’t get bit once. Needless to say, I have brought it back to CA and will wear it if needed.
