This looks like metal, but is actually 3D printed plastic. Very shiny and pretty, and lightweight too. If you look closely, you can see the 3D printing ridges. This doesn’t bother me though. It’s a little bit tricky to get the hang of twisting it at first, but it’s oddly fun. Maybe because there is a small challenge? I can’t imagine getting “good” enough that I just keep on doing it without thinking (the way they you might with a fidget spinner). I haven’t pinched any skin, and I don’t think that I will, but it also seems like it *could* happen. I’m not really sure though.

I gave these to my six grandchildren ages 5 through 16. They ALL loved them (though the older grands are better at the manipulation.)

I gave this to my 6 year old daughter and she enjoys playing with it.

It looks beautiful and moves very smoothly.

I have another one of these and they’re very cool looking so I wanted to try another one from a different seller. The original one was kind of hard to use at first and felt as if the gears were kind of grinding. But this one, it was perfect immediately. It moves around super smoothly and feels thicker and sturdier than the other one. Overall, this is a great fidget toy and its cool to look at, the colors are great, and is all around a fun toy.

Sharp. My grandson liked it. I try to place interesting objects around his computer He picks them up plays with them while he is waiting for his games to load. We have a very slow wi-fi. Gave them to all my grandsons. They all enjoyed My son wanted one and I gave him mine. So cool.

Bought this for myself but my grandson loves it too so I will be getting one for him as well

This fidget we bought for our 11 year old son but the people playing with it the most are the adults in the house. There is something so satisfying about how it so easily transforms back and forth. It doesn’t make any sound which is a great benefit. It is well made and does not break easily. The movement of the pieces are smooth and relaxing.

As an amateur 3D print hobbyist, I expected to be disappointed with this, but instead was pleasantly surprised! The motion is smooth, the pieces are clean, and the assembly is sturdy – it even survived a drop by my child onto the hardwood floor! The sphere I received is made from a rainbow silk filament and you can tell that the printer paid attention to the color transitions because you get almost the full rainbow in a single object. The outside of the sphere has an appealing texture that reminds me of soft leather.The fidget comes packaged in a cardboard box that is suitable for gift giving and includes an instruction sheet with steps to re-assemble it, should your drop be less fortunate than mine.

Fantastically smooth, high resolution print!I don’t know how this is possible at this price. This is an absolutely perfectly finished and assembled product, packed in a high quality box (with comical instructions for unneeded assembly included – cuz it comes assembled).It’s an economic impossibility.The thing itself is fun to play with. It’s mathemagical wizardry in physical form. The gears aren’t round, tooth spacing is irregular. It’s a whimsical miracle.

This little 3D printed toy is awesome. Basically you move the pieces and manipulate it into different shapes. The colors add a special visual appeal as the gears move about. A few months back we got a much larger sized ball like this – but found it difficult to move the pieces and there were sharp edges. This little one doesn’t have any of those issues. It moves smoothly and easily and the edges are smooth and gentle on all ages of hands. Everyone will want to try it out. It’s a small toy, but worth every bit of the $10 price tag.

This has quickly become my favorite fidget toy. It only really does one thing. It goes around and around. But it requires you to shift it in your hands, so it takes some fidgeting, and it’s a fun movement to make. I like it better than all my other fidgets for some reason. It does take both hands to operate it if you want to turn the gears all the way around. I recommend being careful with it around kids, because it’s possible to pinch your hand or finger in it if you don’t know how to use it. But I know how to use it and that literally never happens so it won’t be a concern for anyone familiar with it.

I honestly didn’t expect much from this, I was wrong, it immediately became my son’s favorite fidget. It’s 3d printed but more durable than I expected. I also didn’t think it did much but he plays with it endlessly there are so many configurations. I have to order more color combos so he has backups at his request. His feedback is that “ it’s cool, it’s hard to explain, it’s smooth and color changing, it’s the best”. He’s 12 and has every fidget I’ve ever come across, this is the second one he has requested more of and he would like them to come before the IAAT test (he’s allowed only one fidget for the test) so consider that high praise. I would recommend it, this one clicked for us.

The price was right, I liked the design, and there were plenty of areas to try multi-placing. They easily matched the sparkle of more expensive resin drills. I was impressed. The acrylic drills are round, mostly uniform in size and shape, without much trash. The darker colors are incredibly sparkly. The lighter colors are sparkly but not as noticeable as the darker colors. Now I see why so many people rave about multi-placing. It was easier than I thought it would be. The wax included with the kit was fine with the single placer included with the kit. Also, some of the drills were just a hair too big for the grooves in the drill tray to slide easily back and forth, but they worked fine in a larger drill tray (also purchased on Amazon from a different vendor). This really only matters if you are multi-placing and need the drills to line up right next to each other. Definitely recommend 100%

I just recently got a job in which I will be working with kids a lot. This looked like an intriguing toy to use as a reward or for playtime with them, but I might end up keeping it for myself! It’s actually really fun to fidget with. I tried sticking my pinkie in the center multiple times to see if it could cause a pinch or anything, but it doesn’t – the “gears” work only on the user’s power, so it’s almost impossible for that to happen. I’m completely happy with this, and might even get another one.Excellent value. I recommend.

My granddaughters like little things like this for anxiety so I thought I’d try it since I have that problem as well. I’m so surprised how it takes my attention off of things without being a long term distraction like TV. It’s just nice and calming, and fun to look at as I turn the gears. I like how the colors switch places as I move it. It’s really pretty and easy to move. It’s sturdy, and should last a good while. I’m impressed by it, and very glad I got it.
