What is dropshipping?

Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where we don’t keep products in stock. When you place an order, we purchase the item from a third-party supplier, who then ships it directly to you. This allows us to offer a wide range of products without managing inventory.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location and the product. Some items may arrive sooner. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please contact our support team for assistance before returning anything.

Are there any additional fees?

All prices shown on our website are final. However, in rare cases, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order is likely already processed and shipped, and we won’t be able to cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your package at any time.
